Cole Schotz clients include landlords, tenants, lending institutions, private lenders, developers, sellers, purchasers and investors, including opportunity funds and REITs. The Real Estate Department consists of a diverse practice group equipped to provide representation for sophisticated national and international transactions.

The Construction Services Department is an inter-disciplinary group of attorneys from Cole Schotz’s Real Estate, Litigation, Bankruptcy and Environmental Departments dedicated to providing sophisticated, aggressive and cost-effective legal services to the construction industry. Cole Schotz has represented owner-developers, contractors, design professionals and bonding companies in connection with major construction projects in New Jersey, New York and throughout the country.
